A delightful set of three vintage stacking bowls by Fukagawa Seiji, one of Japan's most celebrated porcelain makers. Made between the 1960s and 1980s and dressed in soft lapis blue with delicate gold bird and flower accents, each bowl nests perfectly atop the next, crowned by the original lid. The interiors are clean white porcelain, a beautiful contrast to the richly decorated exterior.

Compact and sculptural, this set is as lovely displayed on a shelf as it is used at the table. An unexpected but elegant addition to coastal decor.
