Functional, beautiful, and unmistakably coastal, this pair of vintage Chateau Buffet stoneware bowls is a quiet little treasure. Made by Taylor, Smith & Taylor between 1956 and 1966, this pair is among the rarer retail production line characterized by the glossy white exterior. This clean and classic glaze pairs well with the shiny turquoise interior that adds a pop of color and feels fresh and unexpected. Together, the combination is simply lovely.
At 2" high and 6" in diameter, they are a versatile everyday size. Perfect for soup, cereal, fruit, or anything else that deserves a beautiful bowl. Use them daily or display them stacked on an open shelf where that turquoise interior can peek through and do its thing.
