This piece features a richly textured scallop-pattern base accented with three small shells. It is finished in a glossy aqua glaze and highlighted with hand-painted gold detailing, a hallmark of the decorative craftsmanship NAPCO was known for during this era. The underside bears the original manufacturer copyright stamp.
