This glamorous Hollywood Regency taper candle holder in brass and mother of pearl is the kind of piece that looks equally at home on a sleek console, a coastal shelf, or a curated bedside table. Made in the late 1970s, it captures the era's love of rich materials and theatrical elegance in a single, slender form.

The brass has developed a warm, lived-in patina over the decades, with a few small "freckles" consistent with its age that only add to its character. The mother of pearl inlay is in excellent condition and provides a cool glow of soft iridescence against the golden brass. 

A beautiful standalone piece, and a natural candidate for combining with other candle holders for striking display.
